Total Access Corporate Catering and Pharmaceutical Catering Service

OrderCorner is excited to announce our latest catering related service offering, the Total Access Catering Service. Our Total Access Catering Service offers our clients the ability to place a food order with any local caterer or restaurant that delivers of their choice that delivers, even if the catering menu is not online. Clients still receive OrderCorner's full set of catering related services, such as 24x7 customer service, secure storage of food order payment information and food delivery locations, confirmations and notifications of receipt of catering order and on time food delivery as well as online catering order history and receipts for all catered events.

Pricing is a flat fee of $20.00 per food order for any local caterer or restaurant that delivers (fee does not include any tax or gratuity charges that might be levied by the caterer or restaurant) and whose catering menu is not on our website. For restaurant caterer menus that ARE online there is NO fee.

COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT ORDERCORNER'S TOTAL ACCESS CORPORATE CATERING AND PHARMACEUTICAL CATERING SERVICE

1. Which restaurants and caterers can I use? You may use any local caterer or restaurant that delivers to your selected location. You may also use any restaurant or caterer at all if you choose to pick up your food order.
2. How far in advance do I have to place my food order for a menu with the Total Access Catering Service? We recommend at a minimum the day before. Please note that some restaurants and caterers may have their own limitations.
3. How do I place my food order using the Total Access Catering Service? We offer multiple ways to order food for your convenience: order food online using our catering order form, by phone at 1.866.926.7637 ext 5 or email us at totalaccess@ordercorner.com.
4. How much does it cost? Price is a flat fee of $20.00 per food order. The fee does not include the cost of the food, tax, gratuity and food delivery charges, if applicable. If a restaurant or caterer's menu can be viewed on our website, there is NO fee.
5. Why should I contact OrderCorner instead of ordering food directly with the restaurant or caterer? Customers choose OrderCorner's Total Access Catering Service due to its convenience. OrderCorner will work directly with your requested caterer or restaurant to process and track your food order. We provide a single point of contact for all food ordering needs, one number for customer service, secure access to stored food order payment information and food delivery locations, and a complete record of your catering order history as well as receipts for all your catered events.
6. Why is there a $20.00 processing fee for the Total Access Catering Service? Since OrderCorner does not receive commission or any other compensation from these restaurants/caterers, the OrderCorner fee is to cover the cost of processing the food order.
7. Can I refer a restaurant or caterer to OrderCorner who would like to have their catering menus viewed on the OrderCorner website? Absolutely! If you know of a great restaurant that delivers or caterer that would like to learn more about OrderCorner, please email us.
8. How can I save the Total Access Catering Service fee of $20.00 and still have access to all OrderCorner's catering related services? If you place a food order with a restaurant or caterer whose catering menus can be viewed on our website, there is NO Total Access Catering Service fee.
