|
The OrderCorner catering service allows you to
order food online for all
your corporate or
pharmaceutical catered events
such as business meetings,
doctor's lunches, sales
representative presentations
etc.

What type of food does OrderCorner
deliver?

OrderCorner offers a wide variety of food through multiple restaurants and
caterers. We carefully select 'best of class' food providers from your area to
offer better selection, convenience, and reliability than any single
catering or food delivery service. Our most popular items include
sandwich trays, deli trays, appetizer platters, box lunches,
desserts, healthy snacks, hot
buffets, Mexican food, Chinese
food, Italian, and BBQ. We will gladly arrange anything from the basic to the most exotic
presentations for your
catered events. Some of our
catering partners include
well known restaurants such as
Chili's Bar and Grill, Pei
Wei Asian Diner, Bert's BBQ,
McAlister's Deli and
Panera Bread. |

Yes. Food orders you place through OrderCorner are backed by an on-time
food delivery
guarantee and 'real people' customer service to ensure your satisfaction
with every catering order.

Do I have to register before trying the OrderCorner service?
|
No. You can browse our
catering menus and start placing your
food order without registering. Before you checkout,
we will ask you for basic contact information so that we can send you an email confirmation of your
catering
order and notify you on the day of your
food order to let you know your
food delivery is on
schedule. This information is kept confidential and used only
when communicating with you about
the
OrderCorner catering service.

Managing Your
Food Orders

How do I place a food order?
|
|
It's simple! Go to www.OrderCorner.com and click on Place Order. We'll
ask you for some information about your
catered event and match you with the best
local caterers and restaurants
that deliver in your area.
|

|
|
What if I have multiple
food delivery locations?
|
|
No problem. You can select a different
food delivery location for each
catering order.
We will store all of your
food delivery locations for faster
and easier food ordering
in the future.

|
|
How can I change my
catering account information?
|
|
Click on My Account and select the My Profile to change your contact information and password.
|
|
|
|
How can I see my past and future
catering orders?
|
|
Click on My Account and select Order Overview. Your Upcoming Orders will be displayed.
You may select other reports in your account from the drop down list such as your
catering order
history.
|
|
|
|
What if I need to change my
catering order?
|
|
OrderCorner 'real people' customer service team works hard to ensure your satisfaction
with every food order. They can be reached via the toll free phone number 1-866-926-7637 or
via email customerservice@ordercorner.com
for any changes or questions about your
catering order.

Is there a minimum size
food order?
|
|
OrderCorner restaurants and
caterers specify the minimum dollar value they will accept
for a catering order. Minimum order amounts are clearly shown at the top of each
catering menu so there
are no surprises as you make your selections.
|
|
|
|
What if we have special needs or requests for our
food orders?
|
|
No mayo? No problem! You can add special instructions to every
food order and even to
specific menu items within that order. You can even assign names and individual
requests to your box lunch orders.
|
|
|
|
Can I cancel my food order?
|
|
|
|
Yes. If you haven't applied payment to your
food order, go to My Account on the OrderCorner
web site. This will take you to Upcoming Orders. Click on the Order ID, then click the
Cancel Order button.
|
|
|
|
If you have applied payment to
your food order, call 1 (866) 926-7637 and speak to a Customer Service Representative
who will assist you.
|
|
|
|
Because our restaurants and
caterers have to plan ahead to fill your
catering order, we ask that you cancel
all food orders as follows:
|
|
|
|
24 hours or more for orders that are up to $200
48 hours or more for orders that are $201-$499
72 hours or more for orders that are $500 or more.
|
|
|
|
Unfortunately if these guidelines aren't met you will be responsible for payment
of your catering order.

Is there a food delivery charge or tip?
|
|
OrderCorner displays the Restaurant
or caterer retail menu price. When completing
your food order any tax,
delivery and driver gratuity
charges levied by the selected
restaurant or caterer will be added to
the food cost. Many restaurants and
caterers will accept
catering orders that do not meet the
stated
minimums if you agree to pay the minimum
food delivery fee set by that
caterer or restaurant and listed
on their catering menu.

Can I set up a billing account with OrderCorner?
|
Yes. Before you can be pay via invoice you must be approved for credit. If you would
like to apply for a OrderCorner account, please download the Credit Application and
simply email or fax the completed application back to us. Please note that
the approval
process requires 3-5 business days, and that your
catering order is not confirmed until payment
is arranged. If your catering order delivery date is within 5 business days, please use a credit
card for payment of your food
delivery order..
