1. How can I get receipts for my food delivery, food takeout and catering orders?
  View your catering order history in the "My Account" section of our web site. Click on the "Order Number" for the food order you are interested in, and then just click the "Print Receipt" button.

2. How can I see my upcoming food delivery, food takeout and catering orders?
  View your catering order history in the "My Account" section of our web site and view your upcoming orders. You may also select Order History from the pop-up list of reports to see your past food orders.

3. I've forgotten my password. How can I get it?
  Your catering services account password will be emailed to you when you click on Forgot Your Password?. For security purposes, we will send your password only to the email address associated with the account.

4. Can I set up a billing account with OrderCorner?
  The easiest and most efficient way to pay for your food delivery and takeout orders is with a credit card. However, if you would like to be considered for invoicing, please download our Credit Application and simply email or fax this to us. Please note that approval process takes 3-5 business days and that any outstanding catering orders are not confirmed until approval is received. If your food delivery or takeout order date is within 5 business days, please use a credit card for payment.

5. How can I change my food delivery order after it has been confirmed?
  After an order has been paid for ( either by credit card or billing account) , any food order changes should be communicated immediately to our customer service department either by phone or by email so that these can be communicated in a timely manner to the delivery restaurant or food caterer being used.
