How can I get receipts for my
catering orders?
|

|
View your
Catering Order History in the "My Account" section of our web site. Click on the "Order Number" for the
food order you are interested in, and then just click the "Print Receipt" button.

How can I see my upcoming
catering orders?
|
|
|
View your
Catering Order History in the "My Account" section of our web site and view your upcoming orders. You may also select Order History from the pop-up list of reports to see your past
food orders.

I've forgotten my password. How can I get it?
|
|
|
Click here and provide the email address that you use to sign on to
the OrderCorner catering
service. Your password will be sent to you within a minute or two. You must provide the email address you use to sign on to
the OrderCorner catering
service.
For security purposes, we will not send your password to any other email address.

Can I set up a billing account with OrderCorner?
|
|
|
The easiest and most efficient way to pay for your OrderCorner
catering orders is with a credit card. However, if you would like to be considered for on-account transactions, please
click here
to download our Credit Card Application and simply email or fax the completed application back to us.
Please note that approval process takes 3-5 business days and that your
food order is not confirmed until payment is arranged. If your
food order delivery date is within 5 business days,
please use a credit card for payment.

How can I change my
catering order after it has been confirmed?
|
|
|
Your catering order is confirmed when it is paid for - whether by credit card or on-account. The
food order is then transmitted to the
restaurant or caterer.
Catering order changes made after this point must be made through OrderCorner's Service Representatives so that the changes can be properly communicated
to and confirmed with your
restaurant or caterer. Customer Service can be reached either via email or the phone numbers listed at the top of this page.
